Hello! Welcome to OfficeHelp.Biz September 2005 Newsletter.
Instead of many new product, we have a major upgrade to our
most popular product, the Calendar Plan Generator Excel macro,
with many new features that will make it much more useful. It is
100% compatible with the existing tasks lists from version 2.0, so
the extra features can be used at no extra effort. But there is also
a new FREE PC Tip and some new products on the pipeline.
Calendar Plan Generator 3.0. With weekly plans and
automatically split!
Finally it's available. The new version of our best-seller Calendar
Plan Generator Excel macro is ready, with new features:
TWO types of calendar plan from the SAME task list!
Generate daily, weekly or
both
calendar plans from the same task list and parameters:
- Daily Calendar Plans are calendar plans
with a column for each separated day in the calendar main
interval. This gives maximum detail but produces long
calendars for large periods. Better for smaller periods,
when details are important;
- Weekly Calendar Plans are calendar plans with
a column for each separated week in the calendar main interval.
This gives less detail but produces compact calendars for larger
periods. Better for larger periods, when the "big picture" is
important.
Automatically split long calendars
Force calendar plans to be automatically split
every N (3, 6, ...) months to produce readable and easy to print
plans. Create each split plan on the same sheet or on different
workbooks at choice. No additional effort, just make
your choices and press run!
Calendar Products Family
Following our best-seller
Calendar
Plan Generator Excel macro, we decided to start a
full family of Calendar related products. There are already
several finished products, with solutions for daily, weekly monthly
and annual calendars. There was however a missing product that is
now under development: The Traditional Calendar!
- The Traditional Calendar Macro will generate
traditional looking calendars (one matrix per days each month,
organized by weekdays) and will be really simple to use:
- Insert the year you want (any year!)
- Insert special events you want to be colored in the calendar
(USA holidays supplied as default)
- Press the run button
- The calendar is ready - make aesthetic changes if you
want, save it and distribute by email!
The rest of the family is available immediately - just follow the
link you're interested in:

SUPERHIDE Microsoft® Excel sheets
Anyone knows how to hide Excel sheets – meaning anyone knows how
to UNHIDE them. What if you could hide Excel sheets so
well that it would take a "hacker" to unhide it?
Hiding Excel sheets is useful: you may want to remove complex
contents users shouldn’t change, like lookup tables, or just want to
protect your intellectual property and deny end-users the view of
data that, being necessary for calculation, you don’t want
disclosed. Anyone knows how to regularly hide Excel sheets – meaning
anyone knows how to UNHIDE them. Unless you use this
FREE trick!
